For help with sign-in, subscriptions, notifications, reports, or another RedAlert issue, contact [email protected]. You can also use Contact Us in the app where available. In-app messages are reviewed by the administration team.
Response times vary with the nature and volume of requests. Support is not an emergency response service.
For an emergency, call 911 in the United States or the appropriate local emergency number. RedAlert support and report submission do not dispatch assistance and are not monitored as an emergency service.
Help us identify the issue
Include the app version, whether you use iOS or Android, a short description, and the report or alert reference if relevant. A screenshot can help, but remove personal information that is not needed. Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, or push tokens.
If notifications are missing, check your subscribed areas and categories, notification permissions, internet connection, and battery or Focus/Do Not Disturb settings. Delivery can still fail even when those settings appear correct. Keep official warning channels available.
Content, safety, and security concerns
To report harmful, unlawful, or inaccurate material, use an available in-app reporting control or contact [email protected] with the item reference and a description. Do not resend illegal imagery. For a security issue, contact [email protected] and avoid exposing personal information or exploit details publicly.
